Bismillahirrahmanirrahim (in the name of ALLAH The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful).

Lets make this simple n short, for T & T (tilawah and tadarus) we had Al-Jathiya recitals (45: 23-37).
Al-Jathiya means simply "Crouching" (yang berlutut) and is Taken from the 28th Ayat

And thou wilt see each nation crouching, each nation summoned to its record. (And it will be said unto them): This day ye are requited what ye used to do. (28)

Why I chose this sura in the first place because it reminds us all about the Day of Judgement that is for SURE to happen. So that we do not forget the day of our meeting at Mahsyar .. That is because, I'm afraid that if the forget about it, Allah will Forget about us too .. Nauzubilah ..

As explain in ayat 34;

And it will be said: This day We forget you, even as ye forgot the meeting of this your day; and your habitation is the Fire, and there is none to help you. (34)

Analogically, if we have an important meeting, we shouldn't forget it. We try our best to prepare for it. May us be reminded and avoided from the Flaming Hell .. insyaALLAH

Next, on the list we got Kak Ayu,

Kak ayu prepared us a great topic about "Knowing ALLAH." She mentioned that one of the most important way is through The Holy Al-Quran .. From it we can get many proves of the Presence of Allah ..

Firstly, from Surah Ali Imran, Ayat 190-191;

Sesungguhnya pada kejadian langit dan bumi dan pada pertukaran malam dan siang, ada tanda-tanda (kekuasaan, kebijaksanaan dan keluasan rahmat Allah) bagi orang-orang yang berakal. (190)

(Iaitu) orang-orang yang menyebut dan mengingati Allah semasa mereka berdiri dan duduk dan semasa mereka berbaring mengiring dan mereka pula memikirkan tentang kejadian langit dan bumi (sambil berkata): Wahai Tuhan kami! Tidaklah Engkau menjadikan benda-benda ini dengan sia-sia, Maha Suci Engkau, maka peliharalah kami dari azab Neraka. (191)

See, my brothers and sisters, we need to think .. If it is not us who is the Thinkers, then who else?

We just need to open our Quran, open our mind, and maybe open our Youtube .. haha

Haa .. Newly found knowledge of Embryology matches al-Quran that is sent to our prophet 1400 years ago! Even Keith Moore (yes, our anatomy book author) have faith in Islam after reading the Word of God. He has the knowlegde, so do us.. Lets us have strong faith in this .. no more doubt as we are the Thinkers .. Right?

There are many other miracles in al-Quran discussed by us until this usrah meeting seems to never end. Luckily, it's Maghrib time that stops us.. If not, I don't know..haha.. But it's okay, as it means that there are plenty of ilmu in al-Quran we need to figure out. As quoted by Timah that "this Kitab is suitable for every generation, every people no matter who are they, how old are they or how tanned are they." haha..

Okay, people from the past might ask for miracles, some of them have Imaan (faith) after seeing the miracles and some just taught is as 'sihir'. For people of today, al-Quran is the miracle..

There are many cases scientists find out that totally match al-Quran. Maybe, next time we would be one of the scientist to figure out those miracles. Later, insyaALLAH to have more people to embrace Islam ..

It's tazkirah time! It's Nur al-Shahida time!
(Lucky us Shida do not talk on the "topics" she LOVE to talk .. hehe)

This time, she tells us about the Hijrah Rasulullah to Taif. A place where all the people rejected Dakwah Nabi Muhammad. He was being accompanied by Zaid bin Harithah. Rasulullah s.a.w was hurted because people of Taif threw stones at them and their blood was described to flow till it reaches their shoes.

Shida told us about Munajat of Rasulullah that he read on the way back from Ta'if..

Wahai Tuhanku, aku mengadu kepadaMu lemahnya kekuatanku, kurangnya bicaraku,hinanya aku di kalangan orang ramai. Wahai Yang Maha Penyayang di kalangan yang penyayang. Dikaulah Tuhan orang-orang yanglemah, Dikaulah Tuhanku. Kepada siapakah Engkau akan serah diriku ini? Kepada mereka yang jauh yang bermasam muka denganku atau kepada musuh yang Kau jadikan mereka menguasai urusanku? Tetapi jika Engkau tidak murka kepadaku, aku tidak peduli, asal sahaja aku berada dalam redhaMu. Dalam pada itu afiatMu lebih luas buatku. Aku berselindung dengan cahaya zatMu yang menyinari segala kegelapan dan yang memberi manfa’at dunia dan akhirat, agar janganlah Kau turunkan marahMu kepada ku, atau janganlah Kau halalkan murkaMu kepada ku. Kepada Engkaulah segala pengharapan, sehingga Engkau redha. Tiada daya dan tiada upaya melainkan dengan Engkau, wahai Tuhan.

(These meaningful words manage to send chill down my spine..) Despite what the people of Taif do to him is, he was still hoping that some day, if its not them who follow. Then maybe, their children would. Doa of Nabi Muhammad s.a.w was answered by ALLAH as people of Taif after that became an obedient follower of Nabi Muhammad s.a.w.
